Yoga Workout

Fun music and weights incorporated into yoga flow/postures

Restorative Yoga

Yin/gentle yoga supported with props to create harmony within the body and mind

Prenatal Flow

All trimesters welcome! Mix of stretch, strength, breath and connection

Adult and Toddler

Come yoga play with your young one (ages 2-5 y.o.)! 1 child per adult (child free!).

Flow-Ga

1 hour All-Levels Vinyasa followed by a floral design workshop. All floral material provided! (Special Pricing)

Body Burn Bootcamp

Circuit-based training workout that begins and ends with yoga. No shoes. Bring water and towel.

Kickboxing

Punch, Kick, Core! Use Punching bags for full body workout. (Private Group Session Only)

Do I need to pre-register for classes?
You only need to pre-register/sign-up in advance for Flow-Ga and Baby & Me Fit (see "Classes Offered" section for description)
What do I need to bring to class?
A yoga mat (we have a few to lend out), water and a towel for Body Burn Bootcamp ;)
How early do I need to arrive before class?
For new students, please arrive 10 minutes prior to start-time to complete New Student form. Otherwise, please be there ready to begin class at the noted start-time.
Do I wear shoes for class?
No shoes needed for any classes, not even Body Burn Bootcamp!
Where do I park?
Anywhere on street, please avoid blocking driveways.
What do I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing that you can move and potentially sweat in ;)
I am new to yoga, what class should I take?
Our Vinyasa class is all-levels and a mix of strength and stretch, so feel free to come try it out! We offer modifications and advancements so you can take your practice to the level you are seeking!

Kristin has been teaching several yoga formats for over 8 years. She received her 200 hour Power Yoga certificate in 2010 in her native home of San Diego, CA. She is passionate about helping others through yoga and fitness awareness. Kristin has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and is excited to share it with family, friends and neighbors in her new home of Sonoma County!
